About The Event

In this talk, renowned CRO specialist and leading Ai thinker in that space, Craig Sullivan will give a brief history of the tools and technologies that led us to experimentation as it is currently done.

He'll then cover how Ai tech is being used in the experimentation lifecycle - from data analysis, user research, creating hypotheses, design, to building tests and analysing results. He'll show what areas benefit from Ai assist, but more importantly, you'll learn why most companies are NOT seeing transformational gains in efficiency or quality.

This underpins the future of experimentation, that we need to completely rethink how we do tasks, instead of using Ai as a sidecar to an existing workflow.

What role will synthetic or simulated users play in our future product world?

What role is there for human judgement and discernment in our future?

Surprisingly, much more than you think.
