About The Event

As AI tools rapidly evolve, many teams are tempted to replace traditional UX research with machine-generated insights. But real users are messy, emotional, irrational, and wonderfully complex. Emma Travis, Director of Research at Speero talk will unpack why genuine user research is still irreplaceable for creating meaningful products. At the same time, we’ll explore how AI can play a valuable supporting role: streamlining analysis, summarizing data, and automating repetitive research tasks. The goal is not to replace researchers. It is to give them more time and space for the work that really matters: understanding people.

We’ll also be joined by Camille Bouly from US based company LaunchDarkly.  He’ll be bringing a new perspective exploring how experimentation can drive backend decisions, infrastructure performance, and API behaviours. He'll share real examples of successful backend experiments that led to improved reliability, performance, and conversions, proving that the most valuable experiments often happen…
